So that your Scout group’s departure and arrival is uncomplicated and hassle-free, we are happy to deal with the transfer of your baggage to and from the train station (this service is available in all locations except London). If you’d like to take advantage of this offer, please let us know when making your reservation and inform us of your arrival times as soon as possible. That way, you don’t have to come from the train station directly to the hotel, but can take your group on a sightseeing tour or something similar before checking-in with our reception.

Upon request and for a fee, we can also organise the transfer of your baggage to or from the airport. Feel free ask us about prices and options.

We offer Scout groups not only a breakfast buffet, but also the option of booking half or full board (either for individual days or the duration of their trips). Information regarding our diverse menus and flexible mealtimes can be found here.

We are happy to help you plan your visit and will gladly design a (non-binding) agenda of activities for your group based on your budget and desires. As a group leader, you have the option of booking a “getting to know us” weekend at a discounted rate. That way, you can visit us in advance of your group’s trip and acquaint yourself with our house and our services.

The advantages? You know what you and your Scouts can expect at our hotel. You also know how to find us and how to use our facilities, so that during the trip, you can concentrate on your group and the activities at hand.

Over the course of this introductory weekend, you design your own agenda, and we provide you with all the information that you need to execute it.

If you then choose to book a Scout group trip, you will be credited the expenses incurred over the “getting to know us” weekend.

We know how stressful it can be to supervise Scouts for the duration of a group trip. In order to relieve you of your duties and enable you to enjoy some quiet evenings, we offer qualified staffers who can be booked for the night-time hours. These caretakers will support you in your supervising obligations and help you maintain night-time peace and quiet. That way, you can start the next day well-rested!

This service can be booked for a worthwhile 25.00 EUR per three hours; additional hours cost 8.00 EUR per hour. If you’d like to take advantage of this service, please let us know up to two weeks before your arrival so that we can plan accordingly.
