24-HOURS RECEPTION
Whenever you arrive or have a question - our staff at the reception is there for you round-the-clock!

PARKING (CAR)
No traffic jam, no hectic rush - simply park your car on our car-park (in Berlin - Meininger Strasse, Hallesches Ufer und Tempelhofer Ufer - even free of charge) and use the public transport during your stay.

PARKING (COACHES)
We also accept coaches - park your coach in direct neighbourhood, when you don’t use it.

LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT
Do you come earlier or want to go to the city after checking-out? Simply depose your luggage free of charge in the locked luggage compartment.

LOCKER
Against a small fee you can store important private things in our lockers at the reception during your stay.

INFORMATION
Our employees are well schooled - if you have a question concerning the house or the city, ask them and you will be at the right place!

INTERNET / WIFI
Checking e-mails, chatting, information about the city – use our Internet terminals or take your laptop to surf wireless and to favourable rates.

TELEPHONE
Several cordless phones are available at the reception. With these you can also lead international conversations to favourable conditions.

CONFERENCES
For important discussions and meetings we offer conference rooms to you. Simply ask - we book a suitable space for you with pleasure!

LAUNDRY SERVICE
If you stay longer or a bad luck has happened, you can use our washing machine and the dryer in the guest kitchen against a small fee.

TICKET SERVICE
You can buy numerous tickets for museums, places of interest and shows to favourable conditions at the reception. Save the annoying queuing up and expensive prices!

NO SMOKING
All our Ho(s)tels are smoke-free! For smokers there are of course declared rooms as well as external areas where smoking is permitted.

SAFETY
Our access areas and the halls are video-supervised for your safety. The reception is occupied 24 hours. Moreover only you and your roommates get into your room with the [hostel'ity] KeyCard - undesirable visitors are excluded!

KEY / KEYCARD

With your private KeyCard you have access to the Ho(s)tel and your room twenty-four-seven.

SHOWER / WC

Our rooms dispose of a bath with shower and WC.

TOWELS

In private rooms towels are available free of charge. In shared rooms and dormitories you can lend towels during your stay against a deposit.

BEDCLOTHES

In the private rooms the bedclothes are already covered, in shared rooms and dormitories you receive this at your arrival.

TV

Stay informed - our room-TVs receive national as well as international programs.

Double and single room dispose of telephones. 

BREAKFAST
Our abundant breakfast buffet can be booked for an additional charge of only 3.50 Euros (in London 3 GBP). For groups breakfast is of course included. A restorative breakfast in the morning is important - hence, you find in our breakfast buffet nearly everything what the heart desires.

LUNCHPACKET

Take something healthy with you on your city tour! You receive a light and healthy lunch for on the way against a favourable price.

GUEST KITCHEN

In our guest kitchen you can supply yourselves - fridge, cooker, sink and microwave as well as cooking utensils, pots and cutlery exist. The only thing you need is your cookery! (This service is available in all our hostels except of London.)

HALF BOARD

As a group you have the possibility to book our extensive and well-balanced three-course evening menu at reasonable prices.

SNACKS & DRINKS

At the reception you receive different snacks as well as drinks at reasonable prices - round-the-clock!
